HanapBiz Referral Program

1. Claim and activate your HanapBiz business profile.
2. Confirm the email address connected to your business-owner account.
3. Receive your unique HanapBiz referral code and shareable referral link.
4. Invite legitimate new businesses to join HanapBiz.
5. The referred business must enter your code during its original business submission.
6. HanapBiz administrators will review the submitted business normally.
7. The referral counts only after the business is approved, published, confirmed as new, and considered eligible.
8. Earn ten qualified referrals during one calendar month.
9. After the anti-fraud review period, your business receives thirty days of free Featured status.
10. Your referral code becomes available again during the next monthly cycle when your business remains eligible.

A business may participate when:

• Its HanapBiz listing is approved and published.
• The profile is claimed by an authenticated owner.
• The owner’s email address is confirmed.
• The business is not suspended, rejected, deleted, hidden, or under an active referral-abuse investigation.
• Featured and non-Featured businesses may participate.

A referral qualifies only when:

• The referred business is genuinely new to HanapBiz.
• The referral code was entered during the original business submission.
• The referral code was stored before the submission was completed.
• The business passes administrator review.
• The listing is approved and published.
• The submitted information is legitimate.
• The business is not a duplicate.
• The business is not owned or controlled by the referring owner.
• The referral has not previously received credit.

• Draft submissions
• Incomplete forms
• Rejected businesses
• Duplicate businesses
• Existing HanapBiz listings
• Self-referrals
• Businesses controlled by the referring owner
• Branches submitted only to earn referral credit
• Fraudulent or prohibited businesses
• Referral codes added after submission
• Referral codes added through Edit Request
• Repeated submissions of the same business

The monthly goal is 10 qualified referrals. The reward is 30 days of free Featured status.

• Only one referral reward may be earned by each business per calendar month.
• Qualified referrals are counted according to the referral cycle recorded by HanapBiz.
• Incomplete referral counts do not carry over to the next month.
• After the monthly goal is completed, the referral code pauses until the next eligible cycle.
• The same permanent referral code may be reactivated during the next cycle.

After the tenth qualified referral:

• The reward enters a seven-day review period.
• HanapBiz checks the referrals for duplicates, self-referrals, ownership conflicts, suspicious submissions, and policy violations.
• When the review is completed successfully, thirty days of Featured status are activated automatically.
• When the business already has active Featured status, the referral reward begins after the current Featured period ends.
• Referral rewards cannot be converted to cash or transferred to another business.

Your referral dashboard shows:

• Current referral month
• Referral code
• Shareable referral link
• Qualified referrals
• Pending referrals
• Rejected or ineligible referrals
• Remaining referrals required
• Reward review status
• Reward activation date
• Featured expiration date

Example: 7 of 10 qualified referrals — 3 more needed to earn 30 days of Featured status.

• Share your referral link or code with a legitimate business owner.
• The referred business must enter the code during its first business submission.
• The code cannot be added or changed through Edit Request after submission.
• Entering a code does not guarantee that the referral will qualify.
• The referred business must still pass the normal HanapBiz review process.
