HanapBiz is a free, community-driven directory of local Philippine businesses. We publish information submitted by users and business owners. Every submission goes through a light manual review (photos, storefront, or business documents), but this is not a full legal, financial, or operational verification. We do not endorse or guarantee any business listed here. Anyone dealing with a listed business does so at their own risk.

By submitting a business you confirm that:

• The information is accurate and you have the right to share it.
• You grant HanapBiz permission to display, cache, and share the submitted content on the directory and in previews (search results, social cards, sitemaps).
• You are responsible for keeping the listing up to date. Use the Edit Request page or email us to update or remove it.

Reviews and reports should be honest and based on personal experience. We may edit or remove content that is spam, hateful, illegal, or clearly false. Use the report link on any listing to flag issues.

Business names, logos, and photos belong to their respective owners. The HanapBiz name, logo, and site design belong to us. Everything else is submitted by the community.

HanapBiz is provided "as is" with no warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that information is accurate, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that any listed business is legitimate.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, HanapBiz and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the site or from dealing with any business listed on it.

We may remove listings or restrict access at any time if these rules are broken or if we receive a legitimate legal request.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
