The validation scope is Pampanga — Mabalacat City, Angeles City, San Fernando, Clark and nearby municipalities. Businesses outside the pilot area are never hidden or removed; the pilot only defines where we measure success first.

These are live counts from the HanapBiz database. Metrics we do not yet track are shown as not tracked rather than estimated. Revenue and retention figures are reported privately to partners once the founding pilot is running.
